Is it possible to tell which type portmanteau has spawned BEFORE you pick it up?

All the portmanteaus look like prized portmanteaus on my screen. I can't tell the difference until I pick one up. Is this intentional or a bug?

Nope. At first I thought it was just a personal problem, because I'm color blind. They all look the same on the map for everyone though. I get why they'd want it this way, so players aren't only choosing 10k portmanteaus for the best prizes. Others have brought this up though, suggesting some way to identify portmanteaus by type. At the very least, it'd be nice if the Brilliant included the same beam of light as brilliant foundables.
Personally I don't mind. They're like loot boxes. But then again, I bike at least 10k a day. So they cycle rather quickly for me.
