Hi Anko, yes you are correct. Presuming you mean Portkeys, Powdered Dragon Claw and Unicorn Hair can only be found this way (other than rewards for achievements). Although Abraxan Hair can at times be found on the map (one at a time), Portkeys are also a good source for this ingredient.
The same is true for Hermit Crab Shells, which is required to brew Dawdle Draught. Unicorn Hair, Powdered Dragon Claw, and Hermit Crab Shells are what I hope for the most when opening a portkey. Sometimes you hit the jackpot. Other times, not so much.
