Suddenly I keep getting the registration page instead of logging in to the game.I could not complete yesterday's tasks and I can't log in today.I've restarted my phone but that didn't work.Do I need to delete the app and reload it?
What do you mean by "Registration Page"? If it's the part where you put in your birthdate, just enter the information and then when it gives you the option thereafter to login using Facebook or Google, select the method with which you originally signed up.
Go through the registration steps. Click your suitcase ---> Click the gears in the upper left corner ---> Click help/legal in the bottom right ---> Here you can unlink and link your account again to get everything back in order.
Based on what you've described, it sounds like you'll have to create a new code name. However, this shouldn't cause you to lose your stats and inventory. These are tied to your player ID, which is the link you create to your Google or Facebook account. I'm not sure if your original code name will be restored once you link your account up again. I've never gone through this process myself, but I've found others on Reddit and Facebook who said these steps worked for them.
Now go into settings, and link your HPWU account to your Google or Facebook account, just like you did when you originally set up the game. This should restore all your stats and inventory.
From everything I've read, there's no harm in uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When you reinstall, it should ask you to link your account and all your stuff should be there. I hope it works out for you!

When I log in I get the 2 part registration pages.
It opens with enter your name and continues to enter your code name.
Then fails with this name is already registered by another user.
And you can't login through the Google or Facebook option?
The app opens with the corporate logo screens the goes straight to the registration/ enter your name page.
I'm honestly still not understanding. Do you have/use Discord?
The app has been running well for the 5 or so weeks since it launched.
On one previous occasion it failed to log in and went to the register routine. I closed the app once or twice then when I opened it again it worked.
About 36 - 48 hours ago I opened the app and it went into the new user registration.
I have closed the app several times. I have refreshed my phone. I have even switched the phone off and turned it back on.
I just tried to launch it again. I see the brand name pages, I saw the owl fly through the clouds. I saw the wizard turning in the field.
Them I saw the registration box asking for my name.
Since I don't recognise the name Discord probably not.

OK. I registered a new code name.
Now it loads the new player with none of the old stats.
I'm running the ap from the thumbnail on my phone screen.

It linked to Facebook under the new code name.
It says the account is being used by another user if I try to link to google.
