Don’t use any potions on Low/Medium family foundables from a progressing golden frame page!
even you need them to complete the page!
So even if there is a hard-to-find foundables(like Magick Moste Evile or Monster book of monster) and you need it, there is no rush to complete it on golden frames. Because unlike bronze, wooden or silver frames, there is no higher frame! and you can find them by accident later! So don’t use potions on them. Btw, I can’t tell this about High, Severe or Emergency foundables, because they give us good amount of family xps and wizard xps. They are better for using potions on them, Them and other foundables you need on bronze, wooden and silver frame pages. (This idea is for early and mid-game, I don't know about late game yet.)
P.S: I wasted many potions on some of those foundables & regret that now. Don’t waste them like me!

That’s a good strategy, @Zakhi. My decision to use potions on high or some of the less common medium threats often depends on my available stock. I don’t using a little if I have over a dozen exstimulos of each variety. I’ve had a hard time getting back up to full inventory ever since blowing my entire stock during the last community day though. 😁
