Hi, I was seleted on 7/22/19 to claim tickets for this event. I am not going. So I have tickets to claim. I think this gives me the option to get early access.I contacted Niantic and they told me the following:
They told me I can buy them for friends and put they codename and you will be able to view the virtual tickets in the Harry Potter : Wizards Unite app. In the events page of the app, it will show as "attending", by click on that you will be able to see a "virtual ticket". You will be have to check-in with you account at the entrance gate on the day that your ticket is valid for.
If you want tickets let me know I can buy them and you can pay me. we can chat about it. Let me know if your interested, just wanted to put that out there to help. I won the option and they said they are non-transferable and I have to buy them for my friends instead and use their codenames for them to use them.
