So I have a Samsung Galaxy 10a and have had the game for awhile, but now it wants to upgrade but when I go to Google play it says that my phone isn't compatible. Any suggestions?
I don't see your specific phone in this list. However, if the hardware specs are compatible, you might be able to download the game via Galaxy Apps. Or, if all else fails, you could download the APK for the game and install it manually.

I am having the same problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9. Been dead in the water and unable to play for a couple of days now.
