Lost all my progress when I started the game

I was level 19 and when I just logged in it made me register as a new player...beginning with my birthday.

I don't want to just start over...is there a fix?

    @whatabummer - Can you verify that you logged in using the same process as the first time you created your account and when it requested your birthday information again? i.e. Did you log in with Google or Facebook both times?
