Possible pattern?

I have noticed that there are certain spots where there are lots of foundables available. Where I am, [[Roseburg, OR, USA]] they tend to be places where there is a lot of traffic (like grocery store parking lots), but not within reach of an inn or greenhouse. There are, of course, a few around the inns and greenhouses, but significantly less dense. There is an abundance of foundables in my apartment parking lot (closest greenhouse is about 100 yards away, next closest greenhouse is on the edge of the map, and no other structures on the map), but it might be considered "high traffic" as there were at least 3 accounts established centered on my couch on day 1 (mine, wife's, son's), and I know at least one other household has 2 players.

Does this match anyone else's experience?

I agree that the spawn rates around a cluster of inns seems pretty sparse. However, drive up to the local Walmart and HELLO FOUNDABLES!! My theory is that the parking rows seem to register as rows and rows of streets and I think that seems to make them spawn more.

Across the street from my house is a subdivision with 2 side streets. Nothing ever spawns AT my house, but always spawns across the street between those side streets. So that’s my current theory I’m running with.

Stayed at the our vacation home twice this summer so far. It has a busstop, an inn and zero spawns and zero ingredients. You have to use your detectors to get something to appear.

Our regular home is right next to a park with 2 greenhouses, 3 inns and a fortress. There are moderate spawns continuously spawning.

A little further, there's a lone fortress with tons of spawns.

In the cities over here, it seems that there are also medium to low spawns.

All the places with a lot of spawns I've encountered seems to have 2 things in common. A parking lot and no inns.
