What is the most efficient way to earn XP? I'm leveling up through Portkeys and Magis, making around 10k to 12k xp per Barrufo potion. Is there any better way to earn more xp?

Once you reach a certain point, challenge XP becomes far more important than player level XP. Earning challenge XP through fortress challenges is the only way to earn spell books, other than the occasional monthly reward or achievement milestone. It sounds like you're already using the most efficient method to earn player level XP, which is doing traces and fortress challenges along with brain elixir. If you can find a spot in your region with a very high spawn rate, you'll typically earn the most XP by focusing on foundable traces alone. Good luck out there!
@Acumen I'm still Player lvl 31 and I wanted do lvl up to get easier to do traces. I'm level 27 in Challenges, but I usually play alone, so I didn't pay attention to the Fortress that much. Thanks for the help!
I have been level 27 with 80,000 for a while now but it doesn’t change when I earn XP. It has been 80,000 for several weeks. What can I do?
@Cpanana don't look at the rewards summary for each trace, there is a bug with the last update. Instead look at the numbers in your suitcase. If those suitcase numbers aren't moving post traces and challenges, report in-app as that is a different bug!
@Mpogui portkeys and magis? Sorry if I sound dumb, but what exactly do you mean by magis? The foundables?
I agree reed with Acumen, do more fortresses. The encounter family ranks only goes up to 65, so just take it chill on the Wizarding XP. You’ll get there. Fortresses are a great way to make both wizarding XP and challenge XP, and if you’re lucky, family XP too!
