I was repeatedly kicked out of adversary chains for Narcissa Malloy today. Because of this error, I will not be able to complete the special assignments for the event ending today. I was kicked out during the second battle on the chain twice and at Narcissa once today.
I was kicked out of a battle with Narcissa today. Not only did I use 3 multiple wit, at least 5 strong extimullo, and 4 healing potions, but I had perhaps 2 hits remaining to finally defeat her and the battle abruptly ended and I was returned to the map. I tried hard closing the app and reopening it, but I was returned to the map.
First adversary chain after clearing data and redownloaded assets and got kicked out unexpectedly at Greyback and I had an exsti potion going while being stationary at home.
Lost Greyback fragment + additional fragment and potion.
Prior to clearing data and old cache, only got kicked out when on the move. This kick out is unacceptable.
Please refund my potion, DADA and Greyback fragment that I would have rightfully earned.
I was glitched out of a Narcissa earlier out in the wild and tried to contact support via the app about getting my potions back (usually not an issue). A little while ago I glitched out of a Fenrir from an EDM when I tried to take a health potion. The help bot in my game is so glitched it keeps asking which category suits my question without listing any categories (same response no matter what I say). The EDMs are STUPID expensive and now I can’t even get one restored because the in game help is glitched AF. This game is so unbelievably frustrating.
I thought this glitch was supposed to be fixed with the latest update but it is still happening? When will this get sorted? So many wasted potions and so much energy.
I was battling a Horntail today around 1 PM EDT, it looked like I needed a couple more hits to finish it, I used a healing potions and cast the attack spell, when all of a sudden I got a "congratulations" pop-up, but no patronus animation or reward summary. I do not know whether or not I actually received rewards.
This was the first time I saw this scenario. Usually I am just dropped on the map out of the encounter, no popups.
I defeated Narcissa Malfoy, but the reward screen did not show. Instead, she reappeared with a health of 0 and then an error message appeared saying it had been too long since I took action against this foe.
While battling with Ukranian Ironbelly, I was kicked back into the map screen. Used multiple potions as I'm in the professor profession. Trying to complete the current Adversary Event.
As I encountered ironbelly I got kicked back to the main map screen and no longer in battle. I also see that a few others has posted this similar issue and I guess it's not just me.
Anytime I am up against the Dark Wizard (second in Wormtail Adversary chain) I get a lost connection error return to map. It has happened both on wifi and off (phone data). Always happens after first strike.
I have twice been battling an Ironbelly and in the final seconds been tossed back to the map without getting credit for the win or the rewards.....and I spent money on potions and the dark mark edible....I would like my rewards and a new edible!
I'm so disappointed. I used a dark mark this morning. I got Gilderoy Lockhart. Since I'm a professor, I got through the pixies quickly and easily. But once I got to gilderoy I used a strong stimulo and a wit potion. I got halfway through killing him, and it booted me out of the fight. I lost my potions and did not get my rewards.
My second adversary was Narcissa, and I was able to fight her. My third was a basilisk, and it left after deploying the two potions. So that dark mark was a waste. 2 of 3 of the adversaries departed, and 4 potions were wasted without rewards. In addition, it was during the adversary event, and none of the adversaries that appeared helped with the event mission.
Out of approximately 12 adversary encounters I could only complete 2 without being kicked out at some point. Usually in second or third battle, and received a network error message only once. Most times, nothing. Wasted a number of potions as I was very close to defeating the third adversary 3 or 4 of the time I was kicked out.
I keep getting booted from the last of the adversaries. This is specially damaging since by the time I get kicked out I have my high level potions activated, and then I have them on for adversaries I don't need potions for...
I used the death eater mark 3 times today and only once did Peter Pettigrew Adversaries appeared. When I did do battle and won, it did not register the wins.
I recently got the iPhone 12 ProMax and the adversaries issues didn’t begin until then. I have also been kicked out of numerous adversary battle on the 1st or 2nd phase. I rarely even make it to the 3rd phase before getting a connection issue error.
Every time I get to the second round of an adversary battle, my game glitches, says “connection lost” and restarts. I’ve wasted 2 dark marks during the event because of this.
This has also happened to me more times than I care to admit. I've notice recently that it seems to run in cycles. I didn't have any issues the first 24 hours of the current event, but just now I got kicked 9 or 10 times within a two hour period.
I believe all the boots are happening during the transition between attacking to defending or defending to attacking (it doesn't happen while tracking the blue star or casting a defensive spell.)
I also think having a potion active increases the odds of getting kicked. During a few of the times above, I intentionally did not use a potion with any of the mobs until the final one was 1/2 - 3/4 dead (yes, I used a TON of energy and a few heals doing this). After using a potion I was kicked, usually within 2-3 hits.
I'm not going to bother asking for a refund of the huge amounts of potions, energy, and/or DADA lost, but please please fix the issue so we can all enjoy the game again.
Super frustrating that this keeps happening when I **** adversaries. Just now I used a healing potion during Pettigrew battle and it returned me back to the map. Such a waste of potions and disappointed 😡
I had my first issue fighting an adversary. It is during the special adversary event in March 2021. I was fighting against the Hungarian Horntail and I missed the wand twice. It kicked me out but I kept the fragments I had earned up until then.
I have spent three dark marks and lots og potions and Been kicked out four times now. Two times on the ironbelly, one on Pettigrew and one on the ridgeback. It's really anoying using stuff and not bee able to finish!
Used the dark mask twice. No Peter or Ukranian adversaries were seen. The game also kept crashing between adversary battles. Wastage of potions and spell energy.
I have been using the edible dark marks to get out of the series for the event and I would finally get Peter Pettigrew and I get to the second part of the chain and the game would glitch and just exit out of the encounter. This is happened to her three times to me. So I’ve lost all those potions trying to get through the chain and it just times out and kicks me out. It doesn’t say anything about being me being defeated or anything like that it just closes out of the encounter.
This is still happening to me. I'd say it's become more frequent, one out of every 4 or 5 adversary battles will randomly drop me back to the main screen. It is *very* frustrating as I end up wasting wit sharpening plus strong or potent extimulo potions, and often more than a few if I'm fighting a dragon.
I hope that this glitch is fixed, soon, and that players are able to get some sort of reimbursement for the wasted potions.

Just cleared old data and downloaded assets.

This just happened to me too, about to start the fight with the dragon and clicked to use a potion and I got kicked back to the main map screen

I have the exact same issue! Kicked out one spell cast from victory, no credit, all potions spent.

Kicked out twice in a row, batteling the basilisk and peter pettigrew. Using lots of potions and nothing to show for it. Indeed very annoying.
