Connot Login via Facebook

I am stuck in a Facebook login loop and cannot login on my phone (android) or iPad. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling HPWU with no success. Please advise.

    Same happening here .. FB error message suggests WU not set up and still in development!

    Exact same problem here... thought it was because I just upgraded to iOS 15.1, but that doesn't seem to be the reason.

    I'm having the same issue. I thought maybe I needed to re enter my password, but it won't even take me to a login screen. Looks to be a glitch while they update the app for the new brilliant event. Please fix ASAP! It also keeps asking for my bday. (Android)

    I assume that they are working on it. Please post if they offer a solution.

    Same here. Even logged out of FB then completely uninstalled and re-installed the app, till not letting me

    Same here this is SO frustrating! It just hit noon here and I'm obsessively clicking the FB icon trying to sneak in as I want to start the Brilliant Event!

    I have not been able to log in all day either, it keeps trying to start me from level 1 because of the Facebook issue

    Is everyone else still having trouble logging in? I am still getting the error.

    @HPWUblue Is someone looking into this? Pretty sure it's not Facebook because it all looks good there.

    Tried several times today to get in, I get a birthday area to fill in then it takes me to a screen wanting me to log in or set up a new account. I'm near Level 58 and am not looking to **** up the progress. My AS doesn't work, my steps count some of the time but I can go 5 miles and only register .17 on my daily, my spell energy still locks up #frustrated.

    When I was Googling this on my phone, HPWU Hub said they know about the issue and they are working on it. I am having it, too, so no playing today for me :(

    This issue has been going on all day today. I haven't been able to login since this morning (Nov. 1, ET time zone).


    I uninstalled and reinstalled the HPWU app, but it hasn't made a difference. The app prompts for birthday before going to the login screen, but if you select FB it doesn't work. The Google link works.


    I wonder if this has anything to do with FB changing its name to Meta. You'd think they would leave the back end unchanged to avoid impacting untold numbers of systems that rely on a FB login. Nah, couldn't be that dumb.


    @HPWUblue Can someone at HPWU kindly post some information about how issue resolution is going?

    Same here. Emailed help desk. Said they know about issue and are looking into it. I was told they would post updates here but that was this morning and I haven't seen any update. Ugh

    @Fairytree13 They have never been the best at communicating when there is a problem, unfortunately. I have been checking their Twitter but there has been nothing since the initial tweet acknowledging the problem this morning, although they are responding if you tweet at them about it.

    I started this post, but I have been having this problem for about a week, when I activated my new iPad. Now, this morning, I cannot get into the game on my phone with the problem originally stated.
