In fact they are time to time problems for my wife to log in to the game be using her facebook account, On my side I am logging via gmail and do not have those problems. So she would like to shift from facebook to gmail.
@HPWUblue is there a problem with logging in using facebook currently. i tried to log in and get to the choose facebook or google. I tap on Facebook in starts to load something then stops and returns to the facebook or google page.

@Bqfc It's generally a good idea to have a backup login method linked to your account and you might find this article helpful: Account Linking

@APN20 That is exactly the problem of my wife alos today like plenty of others (see discussion on ios problem connection)

Update: This issue is resolved now. We can access the app with our Facebook login method again!
