Wizarding Challenge Mastery Points/Level
I am really confused, can someone help me? I don’t know specifically what they are called, but with the points one has shown in the Fortresses when one is engaged in Wizarding Challenges that indicate how much a player has advanced with respect to difficulty levels (the number one has that is shown next to the difficulty points in any given chamber, e.g. Ruins Chamber V, Tower Chamber III, Forest Chamber IV, etc.), which I am calling Wizarding Challenge Mastery Points, or just Mastery Points, why does the number ever go down? I was doing a number of Wizarding Challeneges and started with over 13,000 points. I fought with others and we beat each Challenege. I then went back and continued returning Foundables and also did some housekeeping, such as getting coins, buying potions, deleting unneeded ingredients and seeds, registering Foundables, and so forth. I then went in to engage in more Wizarding Challeneges and saw that my Mastery Points were now roughly 10,500. Everything I had done was successful and moved me forward in the game. Why have I lost Mastery Points? It is so disheartening, especially since I have had players with significantly more points refuse to join with me to do a Wizarding Challenge and I can only assume it has something to do with the fact that my Mastery Point level indicates that I am a newbie, even though I am rather good at beating the adversaries. But, of course, my Mastery Points would seem to indicate otherwise. What is going on here? Help !!! Thanks.

This is fine, don’t painic, this is a long time unfixed bug for when you level up your SOS skill tree. The fix it to change professions and then switch back. Your abilities are not changed or bugged. Any other questions?
I've also found that if you exit the game and wait a little bit (5-10 mins maybe) it usually rights itself.
Thanks. It is frustrating to suddenly have a chamber become harder.
@CatMama58 But as I said, it doesn’t become harder…
