Trouble playing game

Hello
I have been having a couple problems while playing the game.
1. I have been having trouble when playing wizarding challenges I am kicked out and it says error and that something's wrong with my Internet connection but I know I don't have a bad connection and it's been happening more and more.
2. I have also been having trouble opening any spell energy gifts I click on the open gift button and then it opens up to the page where you push the open gift button again and then it just gets stuck for a view minutes shuts the game down and when I reopen the game I don't get the spell energy and I check the gifts page but it shows up as it was opened. It happens with all the spell energy gifts but it doesnt happen with any of the other gifts.
3. I have also been having trouble when opening portkey's it also does the thing where it opens and when you push on the pork key it loads and loads and doesn't actually transport me and just shuts the game down..
Can I please get help? Any ideas?

These are known problems, and planned in 2.19. Hopefully we get the update soon.
meanwhile the only thing u can do is restart the app after every SE gift, you get the SE it just freezes.
