App crashes every time I try to start it

Hello,

Since Sunday evening, every time I try to open the WU app, the game crashes back to my Home Screen. (It will get to the part where I have to enter my birthdate and then when I hit submit, it boots me out).

I have tried to restart my phone and have also deleted the app and reinstall it. I am running the most current iOS update on my iPhone.
