@Nemises try this to fix it, i was having the same issues: I uninstalled then reinstalled. made sure data saver was off for this particular app. cleared cache and data for it, then made sure all permissions were set correctly in the phone's app settings (location, etc. that the game requires to work). voila!
I've been getting that view and it may be connected to wifi. Seems like it happens when I leave a place where I am on wifi and move away just far enough to confuse ....
Even though you have unlimited internet, a lot of providers are being "looked into" for throttling internet speeds at a certain cap. So you may have unlimited internet, but they don't have to maintain a given speed.
So with that said, are you noticing it happening at a certain point in your billing cycle or after a certain amount of usage? Or is it constant?
To add to @Craeft, sometimes you're not limited by the Service-Provider but by the hardware you're connected to. Especially in Areas with lots of other smartphone-users, the base-stations quickly reach their speed-limit. Your phone will still display "LTE" or "4G" but the actual speed would be lower in those cases - and there may even be cases of package-loss due to an overload of the base-stations.
No im only having this problem with wizards unite specifically i can play any other game like pokemon go summoners war gems of war and many others but with wizards unite it wont load

Ive reinstalled it but ill check the clear data and see if that works

I never conect to wifi on my phone i have a service provider with unlimited talk text and internet so i shouldnt have that problem
