Oh man, that has happened to me! I just went looking to see if I could find the screen recordings I had sent to my sister, but it looks like I already deleted them. Soooo weird to have your avatar just… standing there motionless.
For me it usually went away within a matter of hours. Not sure why it’s been happening so long for you… I hope it clears soon?!
I did reach out on the game under the contact us section. I keep getting a bot that takes me to other people with the same problem. I will keep trying. Thanks for your suggestion !

PS: did you reach out to in-app support? I feel like they have a bit more dedicated tech staff than the moderators here.
