Spawns at new house

We moved to new house over a year ago. After about six months (December 2020) at new address several Pokemon Go spawns started appearing. However there are still no Wizards Unite spawns. Have used many trace tonics, but with no spawns it's difficult to get sufficient ingredients for tonics. Is there any way to cause or request some spawns at new house?

    @GreenGranuaile Welcome to my world & the world of many. Sadly, the answer to your question is no. But if you want more POI, then use Pogo (if more than level 38). Submit parks, signs (not for the subdivision), art, interesting things. Only way to get tonic ingredients is to go and explore for hotspots. If it works for me, it can for you too! Good Luck!

    Just so you know, I have lived in this neighborhood for two years, no house spawns, not even that rural (unless you go back 20 years), got Pogo spawns after 6 months.
