Can we get an official response, please?

Are you even trying to fix AS? If yes, when do you suppose a potential fix will be out?


Please, just a simple yes or no answer to my first question would suffice.


For the past 4-5 weeks my only steps counted were those to and from work while everything else (an avg of 10k a day) was wasted.


Some days I can't even get the 0,25km task done and because of that I'm currently stuck at 0 trace charms. Treasure trunks are being particularly useless as well since I keep getting the two other charms (of which I already have 5) while I get trace charms every 50th time or so.


I feel like you are intentionally removing every part of the game that makes it playable and enjoyable, while piling on weekly events that are slowly turning the game into a chore rather than a way to have fun. The abundance of all the other bugs I won't even mention since I doubt you care any more about fixing those than you do the AS issue.


Your silence is incredibly disrespecting to a loyal community without which your game wouldn't have lasted a minute, much less 2 years.


We deserve a response, and you know it!

    Adventure Sync does not collect fitness data for some players. (It will be fixed in the 2.19 update)

    Edit: The 2.19 update is scheduled for the first week of October, we'll keep you updated on this timeline.

    You would thing it would be a top priority.

    But to them it’s like oh well, we will get to it when we get to it. Now I see why people are leaving the game. Not to mention the boycott someone mentioned.

    @HarryPutter1234 lol well ive been playing and commenting in the forums since day 1 launch, and im an admin in a discord server so i 'cruise' forums/other discords for info that may be of interest to my peeps.
