NOT GETTING THE GIFTS FROM CHALLENGES

I completed two wizarding challenges today, 9-19-21 and received a runestone and another gift but when I go to the gifts, I only get credited with the Runestone and not the other gift. Please fix this error and credit my account for two gifts .

    if your vault is full 30/30 gifts u wont receive gifts from inns/gh/forts/kb.

    I had 25 out of 30 gifts and I was doing challenges in the bus so I should have received them.

    then maybe you surpassed the 100 for the day, but if you are sure you havent maybe @HPWUblue can help :)
