I'm looking at the skill Team Teaching which grants +9 to my defence when I have 2 or greater enhancements. Here's my question;

Is receiving focus from a teammate considered an enhancement?

    I’m guessing no, but could be wrong. I’m thinking it’s counting when those little squares fill under your icon. So protection charms and the like. When I’ve received focus one time before, I don’t recall any squares filling. But again, I could be wrong!

    I've been curious about this too. My best guess is it applies strictly to charms, but can't say for sure without trying.

    For sure no. It has to be a charm that lights up the squares under your icon in the Wizard Fortress. Giving focus only refills focus, no enhancement is applied.

    Thanks everyone for your reply... I was in denial a little because I DID remember it didn't light up the box as most charms do, but was hoping it would count. With that being said, the spell in question IS a charm spell called Focus Charm. I believe this should count as an enhancement. But that's just me. 😎
