Lost connection when I use potions. Restart

I will buy potions by doing the stuff to get less time then buy them to build up so I can do the dark mark stuff and dark fortress. Well this has happened 5 times where I will be in the battle and I use 2 potions at the same time, and then the game says I need to restart. I lose my progress and all the potions I just used and didn't get to finish to collect the item I needed to complete the task.

I would love to get all the potions back so I can actually complete the tasks. This is a bug, not my fault. I already wasted all of my coins I saved up on getting the potions.
