Does Baruffios potions double XP from fortress battles

If i remember correctly I did not get double Xp from collecting an achievement with a Baruffios potion active. Do you get double Xp from fortress battles with one active?

You get double XP from returning foundables and fortress battles.
It does not affect achievement rewards including the daily XP reward.
Yes u should definitely get double xp from fortress battles, confoundables and in opening portkeys.
I tend to save about 4 or 5 portkeys & set the elixir off, do my fortress battles, then go back to my local inn and collect xp quickly from any traces (I always prioritise the ones with the yellow beam meaning a higher level confoundable) on route (i also tap the screen twice after catching to bypass the animation eating into my time lol) and then i open my portkeys. Its usually a good use of the 30 min to maximise results.
Not sure why yours didn't work that time? Keep an eye on next time, could be a bug?

Ps- yesterday i opened a brilliant portkey with the brain elixir running and got 7200xp! Wow! I was just a little chuffed with that! Lol. Plus Harry's id card of course 😊 lol
