Greenhouse Statuses

It would be awesome if there was a interface we could go into to check the status of any greenhouses we've planted seeds in so we can check the where and when of our crop. Maybe even reminders when there's an hour until something's ready. I've missed collecting because I'd forgotten what time I planted something that takes a whole day to grow. I don't live near any greenhouses so I travel a little out of my way after work and sometimes forget where I planted what.
- Duck Pond Greenhouse: Leaping Toadstool, 14 hours left
- Jane Doe Park Greenhouse: Wormwood, 5 minutes left
- John Smith Greenhouse: Lovage, 23 minutes left

Well, @Sauryn, the Issue is that neither the Greenhouses nor the plants are "exclusively" yours.
So the best "solution" to this would be a "nearby"-Screen (similar to Pokemon GO), that shows you the nearby greenhouses, what' currently growing there and when its done.
Nearby wouldn't work, these greenhouses are miles away from me. What could work is if it keeps a record of what I planted and when I planted it. I'm aware these greenhouses aren't just mine.
It wouldn't surprise me if the game didn't even make note of WHO planted something in a greenhouse... but then again, I'm just guessing.
Dark Obscurants (the things that you activate in Inns) seem to track who activated it but then again, it rewards you for sticking around.
That being said, I somewhat like your idea. Given that Greenhouses require you to keep track of when something hatches, it would be a good incentive to plant more things if the game helped you organize them.
