1920’s Portkey connection lost issue

Every time I open a 1920’s portkey it lets me do everything until I get to the encounter
and then all of a sudden it says I have lost connection and have to restart when my internet is working just fine. Very frustrating and disappointing. Lost 2 portkeys already and now afraid to try any others. Please fix this ASAP!!!!
