SOS Assignment Bug: Defeat 10 Pixie Foes in Wizarding Challenges

I’ve been more than patient with this task - however I keep reporting a bug and am wondering if anyone else has had this problem:
While I know I have defeated well more than 10 pixies since starting this assignment, my tally continues to read 3/10. Just today alone I defeated 3 in different fortresses - after each I would look at my SOS assignments and it won’t move from 3/10.
Extremely frustrated at this point since I’m wasting so much time when I know I’ve completed this task.

They have to be Formidable Pixies. No other level of pixie will add to tally.
