I have tried multiple times to tap on Wrackspurts in a 1920's Portkey. I cannot even swipe to move the screen. I get a tour of the MACUSA lobby, but cannot interact with it. Android 10 Phone. Please advise.
The strangest thing just happened. I was in a portkey and there were only 4 Wrackspurts. I could not find the fifth one anywhere. So I tapped around the places where I thought one would be and eventually I got the last piece to continue to the encounter.

I tried to tap on wrackspurts on moving scene, could not get a connection on any tap, very frustrating, it just keeps moving
Noticed the same. The 5th is behind the rolled up map that's leaning against a radiator. Tap around the area marked in the screenshot:
