No 1920 event portkey spawn

I have zero portkey now but the 1920 event portkeys are not spawning since 8 hours ago, I can only see foundable traces, ingredients, seeds and energy in the game. I can still see portkeys before the event starts 8 hours ago, now no more!

    Same..just regular stuff, no special portkeys

    And adventure sync still not working either 😕

    Are there no foundables for this event? Portkeys are rare, going out to local park(but staying in my car), hoping for some improvement

    Same here. I am in the US and haven’t seen a single event portmanteau this morning. Just lots of regular stuff.

    Update: I did finally come across one.


    @Notagingermugg my understanding is that the foundable encounters happen when you unlock an event portmanteau.

    8 hours into this non-event, I've seen one portkey and zero event related page fragments.

    I'm sitting here with all portkey slots loaded from last week, and they all have 0 on them. Sync is not workung, and hasn't for weeks, except when Niantic apparently sent out a mass unlock. They need to do that again!

    No Foundables, I was able to pickup a few portmanteaus, but with AS still broken, I'm not certain I'll get them open in time because I work full time and can't exactly walk around the office with the game open (not that it seems to track well, even with the game open). The notice about the event doesn't seem to make it very clear that this was a 100% port key driven event.

    Is Niantic serious? The only way to get an encounter is to walk a port key (if you can find one) and you get 1 encounter per port key! So to complete a page, you have to open dozens of port keys ! What were they thinking?

    Got the portkeys to open but when the encounter occurs the entire app craps out and there's nothing when it restarts. 🤬
