Its been 3 days and i cant pass the task, i used tonic, pario and nothing. Please help me with that.

they wont. its boosted wild, at least.
I just used 2 TTDs and didn't get a single ones, kinda frustrating that I can't even get one in an hour, doesn't seen very boosted to me.
Only been playing for a few months and Tom Riddle was always the hardest foundable to find around me. I found him 5 times prior to this event. For some odd reason, I have now cleared him 129 times during this event because he literally pops up everywhere now. It’s crazy by me. Wish I could send you some!
