Maybe this will get someone's attention.... I'd be willing to spend REAL MONEY on this game buying keys for this event, if only Adventure Sync worked for me. So, not only are you angering a lot of players, you're MISSING OUT ON REVENUE!!
Can there be any other fix for this Brilliant event besides just repeating it? I can't even get walking credit for my portkeys, let alone Adventure Sync credit. So I haven't been able to pick up a portkey for the page. In order to complete this page I'm going to have to bust to get the bonus tasks done. Doesn't seem like it's likely to happen. Really sad about this cause I've been enjoying the game.
I don't know if anyone has done this but I was told by support to turn off adventure sync entirely so I can at least get credit for regular walking. It's working, slowly but it's working. Before I couldn't get credit for any portkey activity whatsoever. I'm getting really, really sick of them not fixing this bug and the bug that freezes my app when I try to open spell energy gifts. I have a monthly budget to play this game, I literally throw my money at it and have been playing since the day it was made available and this is just infuriating.

I have an iPhone and Adventure Sync has been a mess for week us, too.
For every 5 km I walk it maybe registers a third of that, if at all.
