Are you going to fix adventure sync for Android users?

It has been 2+weeks that my portkeys have yet to open because either the tutorial would come on Everytime I went in or just not counting steps. Yes, adventure sync is on. Do you not want android users to play????

Since the update, my Pixel 4a 5G won't sync at all. I can't even get my .25 I'm!!
Right after I posted this, I went back to the game & 2 portkeys opened then I got my .25 km reward. Support is on their toes tonight!! Keep up the good work!!
My adventure sync isn't working. I've done all the troubleshooting steps and nothing works. I followup many FB groups and I have seen many other players saying they are experiencing it too. It seems the last few events have done this, then when the event is over, it starts to track again. I haven't been able to collect my daily rewards.
I have a 5G Samsung and the adventure sync has not been working at all today. Not even for the daily task. Could you look into this please?
I'm on a Pixel 3a and AS stopped for me too. It won't count even if I leave the game open and staring at the screen while walking. Also have the spell energy gift freeze.

Hello, after recent update my adventure sync isn't working. Also after entering portkey menu, everytime portkey guide launches. Ive got problem with completing daily task to walk 0.25 km. Xiaomi Mi 9T pro. Thanks for your help!

Same. It's frustrating. I cant have the game open all day and I do a lot of walking. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I'm having the same issue on a Pixel 4. I went through all the troubleshooting, and the most I've had tracked is .02km. I can't even collect the fifth portmanteau, because I can't get any of the others to open.
Pixel 2 here. Same problem. I even opened pokemon go for the first time in months to try to see if that would help, but no dice. .9 km away...
My adventure sync doesn't work either. I have a Pixel 3a running Android 11. I've tried rebooting a couple times and also turned adventure sync off and on a couple times. Nothing seemed to help.
Adventure Sync not working on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Also, every time I go to port key page, I have to go through the introductory/instruction messages, and can't scroll to see how many port keys I have.
So many posts from Android users for whom BOTH Adventure Sync AND active app step counting are NOT working. For me it's been at least a week now.
Thus the game cannot be played because each day REQUIRES step counting. I've given up until an actual fix is provided...
How stupid is it that you will NOT remove step counting as a daily requirement when IT DOES NOT WORK?

No 1920s event for Andriod users since it's all portkeys. :( Fair? Fun? Will we keep playing?
My adventure sync has also not been working for a few weeks. Playing on a Motorola Z4
for older android versions AS has been broken since December 17 2020. During March 2021 update they tried fixing it and it broke for even more android devices/versions. And 2 weeks ago or so after they released the 2.18 version it broke it for most if not all Android versions/devices. Even ones that are flagship phones running latest version 11 android, like mine.
Do they intent to fix it? Sure. Are they capable of fixing it? Not sure.
Can't open any portkeys or collect daily due to distance not counting. Can't complete any adventures. Please work on this. Getting discouraged with the game which is a shame, i loved this game.
Good to know that it's not just me. Followed the instructions in the troubleshooting tips and nothing changed. Adventure Sync works fine in PoGo on the same phone. So maybe the two teams should get together and discuss it.
Same. Shame now that there is the 1920s event comming - all portleys. Highly unfair to all android users. Also hard to complete events and get unicorn hairs now.
I don’t know, haven’t seen much posts about the actions they are taking/bugs that have been fixed from 2.18.1. Hoping that they are doing their best to fix it!
I might be a bit happier if they could fix it so that in game steps (not AS dependent) counted again. Used to be that I could get the daily task done by walking around my house but that is even broken.
Please fix the current bugs before coming out with a new event type. Would be nice to have AdventureSync working for an event where you have to open portmanteau.
Hi, would someone please explain how I'm supposed to play and get portmanteaus for the 1920's event when I can't open the ones I already have. As it is I couldn't pick up portmanteaus for the brilliant event and have to finish the bonus event in order to complete my page.
I was hoping the new update would fix a/s but all I got were red dots on everything that I can't get rid of.
So many people on my friends list have stopped playing because of all the issues. 😔
Walk with the app open and every few meters tap on a foundable so the distance counts or get an iPhone. :p
Same here. Can't track my movement and my registry notifications stay on. Very frustrating.
I've played since the game first came out. When I can't open port keys or even get daily rewards for WEEKS and an event that is dependent upon being able to have steps count is under 100 hours away, it makes me think they want me to find a different game to play! I'd rather they fix this issue... but if not I will refuse to play the 1920s events - ever. I will get my level 60 (getting close) and leave. (Hint: it's called customer service. If you don't have it you lose customers.)
I finally got a new phone....just in time for them to break AS for the latest Android devices.
And it's somehow even worse now - I went for a 3 mile walk with the game open and it only recorded a distance of .5km.
I walk 6 miles per day and nothing goes toward my AS. This is so frustrating during event times. I walk enough at work I don't want to walk after work with the app open. Doing good to get my dailys. The events are to much work with all the extra walking. The app also gets stuck then flies to catch up. Running Android 11 on 5G, ya think it wold be working great.
