Can things get fixed PLEASE

Hi, I know that there have been so many posts about what I am going to write with no response from Niantic or moderators so the comments continue.

It's now been 12 days since I have been able to open portmanteaus, get the .25 km mileage to get charms and complete daily tasks (96 coins and counting). The trace charm works great until you click on a foundable then go back to get others just to find they have all disappeared. Then there's the game freeze every time you click on a spell energy gift and lets not forget about the wifi connection error message you get when you enter your portmanteau page.

So let's go and bring out another event that requires the use of portmanteaus that can't be collected because we cannot open the ones we have.
