I have been having the same issues. No distance tracking has been recorded since the last Brilliant Event despite doing all of the troubleshooting recommendations.
I've been having the same issue. I've uninstalled. Force stopped. Cleared Cache. Reset permissions. Got on the "support" tab which just told me to come here to report a bug. Can't open any portkeys and can't delete any. Going to be nearly impossible to finish this event. Not happy.
