Missing ministry manuals from June Community Day?

Hey all, it's now August and I'm yet to see or hear anything about the missing ministry manuals from June Community day. I was one of the people who grinded my page to gold and placed a couple of them a few more times.
I remember seeing Lola saying they were looking at offering a bundle of ministry manuals or something, but given that it's been almost 2 months now should I just give up hope?
Quite honestly, the amount of bugs and broken promises in this game is becoming a super huge turn off.

I was wondering about that as well. I bet with all the recent bugs, they forgot, or it got pushed to the back burner.
Their communication was a bold face lie, as most of the things they do in this game. They will not be compensating for it in any fashion, so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
@apm1117 why would you assume that they lied? They're busy with more important things like keeping the game working. If this remark upset you; I am a loosey-goosey person that drives A-personality people mad. I also prefer to assume the best of people.
Wondering the same thing yesterday when my total did not budge yesterday.

@Djea They lie all the time about rewards, they break things and promise that there will be compensation packs and then never give them. Heck they promise rewards and then remove them (RSB that got removed from the last event anyone?). They lie about when content will be released (1920s was supposed to be released in april or may and here we are watching it get pushed back again), they lie that they are working on bug fixes (adventure sync, red dots, game crashing constantly), they lie when they say game features are accessible to be played from home (requiring people to go out to walk to unlock portkeys, refusing to bypass tasks that require players to visit POIs, etc.). Lie lie lie. I wish I could believe them but the best indication of future behavior is past results and they have failed to be truthful about almost anything for the last 3-6 months.
We added 40 Ministry Manuals to July's Community Day reward for this!
It was 40? I got the CD page all the page to green star on gold and more. What we missed was a lot more than 40 MM.
@hpwulola So um, I wasn't able to participate in July community day, so I get screwed out of the rewards? I find this to be very baffling. I put in the work on the June Community Day. I got gold on the page. This would add up to more than 40 manuals. But because I couldn't play during a different event I just simply don't get it?

Do you remember when they first started breaking things in the game? They gave a few apology gifts to everyone. At the time, the people who had been affected the most/lost the most screamed that the rewards weren't enough to compensate their loss, and it wasn't fair that everyone should get them because not everyone had been affected.
The HPWU team did listen, but true to form they found a weird and differently poor way of addressing this concern. Now, every time they shortchange us of a reward (ministry manuals from June cd, 5 rsb's from whatever they forgot to add them to) they will just add the rewards (possibly an insufficient amount) to the end of another event. And maybe not mention it. So that you will only get the rewards from the event you actually finished if you actually finish another one.
I guess this is one way of making sure that people who don't tend to finish events don't "unfairly" get rewards, but it still misses the mark. Especially as seen in the recent Pettigrew adversary event. The previously missing 5 rsb's showed up as a reward for completing the bonus, but many people found it impossible to get the 5 silver hands. Many people (like me) finished the original event, and so were due the missing rewards, but found it too difficult to complete the next event and so missed out on the make up rewards.
