A Paucity of Portkeys

My Portkeys never record any distance in the last week or so. I went from opening several per day to 1 randomly opening 4 or so days ago. App permissions are fine, have played with toggling adventure sync and other suggested troubleshooting. Due to this I wasn't able to place the brilliant page for Portkeys items last event and expect not to be able to do much with the event that's about to start either. Pogo and Google fit still tracking plenty of steps per day, but last WU update broke my Portkeys.
