Cookie Cutter Contests and Wasted XP are making me reconsider keeping the app.

I love everything about Harry Potter. I used to love everything about this game, too. But now, there's a few things that's making me consider uninstalling it. First, I reached the maximum level, Level 60, a few weeks ago and since then, every XP I "earn" disappears into oblivion. If ever there are more levels added, nothing I've done since will count. It's a waste time and resources. Unfortunately, there's not much to keep my interest so I'll keep playing and consider the wasted XP an acceptable loss. Because another reason the game is losing my interest: cookie cutter contests. Every Brilliant Event, Community Day, special event, etc. is exactly the same. Changing the storyline didn't make it different. And cramming as many of these events into a 30 day period as you can isn't going to distract everyone from the fact that the game is in limbo. Boredom comes a lot faster than usual during a pandemic, especially for a society that demands instant gratification at every possible opportunity. The developers' time and effort would be better spent adding additional levels. And instead of cramming 5 or 6 identical events ibto one month, maybe cut it down to two or three and use the extra time developing something different. Eventually, everyone will reach Level 60 and just stop playing. Something's got to grab our attention so that we either continue playing after maxing out, or we come back when more levels are added. But if the events remain exactly the same, no one is likely to come back and play.

Good thoughts, at one point all my pages too will be gold, and I will be level 60 soon. But if they did release a level cap increase maybe something like this: level 61 = 2 million XP, level 62 = 3 million XP, level 63 = 4 million XP, level 64 = 5 million XP, level 65 = 7.5 million XP, level 66 = 10 million XP, level 67 = 12 million XP, level 68 = 15 million XP, level 69 = 20 million XP, level 70 = 50 million XP. (Total XP to hit cap = about 146 million) I don't know if they want to go along that path of releasing level caps gradually or all at once. However, my XP above are quite high, so maybe not quite those numbers.
I am also almost at the point of calling it quits especially with the recent bugs after the update. I have been level 60 and all gold pages (except adversaries, only draco and greyback are gold) for more than a year. I have maxed out skill trees as well.
They should release the remaining Mystery Items, more SOS tasks, new spells, remaining skills.
If they dont fix AS in time for the 1920s event, I am saying goodbye.
