Wizard trade in shop

I’m proposing a trade in shop where one can swap excess ingredients instead of just dropping them.

I’m thinking mainly for ingredients - generally there are lots of the common ones available but there are the rare ones (at least for me) like mushrooms - I have seen them three or four times in the wild since i started playing the game at introduction. I have grown plenty but it is frustrating to plant a eeed and miss the window to collect later.

Other ingredients like unicorn hair and powdered dragon claw can only be found after opening port keys and then are still quite rare.

Understand it’s part of the game play and one can buy ingredients as needed per potion but it would be nice. And the trade in doesn’t have to be 1:1 - it should be based on rarity of the ingredient.
