Game restart while using Potion

I was doing Dark Chamber V solo using over 10 potions including Potent EX potions. It would have been possible to complete it successfully if the game had not Restarting twice after using a potion! This took away precious minute and I ran out time with the last Foe. Can my potions be reimbursed?

I used a healing potion during a wizard challenge and the game forced restart, and then I was unable to rejoin my chamber. Apologies to my dark v group!
I’m having this issue with all potions used during Wizarding Challenges.
The game crashes and blames my connection. I tried on WiFi, and Cellular. Same result.

I got the same message! I've lost so many potions...
Same thing just happened to me twice. I can't complete the wizarding challenge in the bonus task because I getting kicked out with the restart error. So many potions lost.
Same problem, except I was in a group. Happened twice and I gave up instead of wasting more potions.

This also happened to me, twice, as I was trying to use a potion. Lost over 10 potions and 100 spell energy between the two crashes.
This also happened to me while in Dark chamber V. Lost at least 3 potent, 4 wit sharpening and 3 healing potions. Was over half way complete when I was kicked out forcing an other player to complete the chamber on their own.
Same happened to me. I was going in solo. Kicked out twice most of the way through Dark V. Not able to re-enter either and lost at least 15 potent potions.
Similar experience for me working with others in Dark V. A couple disappeared from the first attempt leading me to just forgo the challenge. Kicked out of the 2nd challenge and not able to re-enter. 2 runestones, a ton of spell energy, a bunch of potent/strong extimulo, wit-sharpening, healing, and strong invigoration draughts gone.
I was in DV level and had beaten a couple of opponents and the game crashes. I started a new battle with an elite opponent and try hee first thing I did was to use a strong Ex and a Wit potion and the game crashed.
I lost the Xp points, level 5 rhinestone, potions and could not complete the page 4 xp from wizarding challange task.
After reaching out to in-game support I was given one runestone and 3 strong invigoration draughts. I had used a ton of spell energy, a bunch of potent/strong extimulo, wit-sharpening, and healing potions. Not cool. That’s a lot of resources lost to a glitch.
Thinking it’s time to free up some of my real world resources (like about 6GB) and uninstall. Was hoping to get to level 60 (at 53 now) but at this point it’s not really fun.
Same scenario happens twice when using a strong Ex and Wit potion at the same time.
Happened to me several times, too. I feel bad for the people I was fighting with because I probably looked like I just disappeared from the Dark V.
I was in the Forest 5 level when it crashed on me. Th is isn’t the first time either as it crashed three times today in other levels. Each one, I lost wand charges and potions and don’t receive any XP for the work I did do before the app crashed.
Every single time when I use 2 Strong invigoration draught in a row while fighting in fortress, game forces me to restart and kicks me out of fortress. Which makes second task in 4/4 brilliant event almost impossible to finish and cost me already 6 potions.
I was also just fighting in my highest chamber dark v i had used a bunch of potions but on the last one it reported an error and i had to restart. I was unable to get back to the fight and feel like i just wasted a bunch of time and potions and didn’t even get to finish the chamber which i need to do to finish the extra event. I am afraid to waste more potions and time if i end up with the same result.
I've ran into this issue as well, twice. I've lost at least 6 potions because of the crash and a lot of energy. I hope this gets resolved soon!
Got kicked out of Dark V twice while taking potions, not able to rejoin. Bye-bye rune stones, spell energy, many many potions. And if course still no success on assignment to come the challenge in my highest room. We shouldn't have had any trouble to finish both challenges
Twice in dark chamber 5 so I cannot finish my mission.
Twice I was in the highest dark chamber and after using a strong invigoration draught potion, it said there was an error and I had to restart. Each restart stopped me from finishing the challenge.
This happened twice to me . Went by knight bus - sorry to the groups I was in (especially the last group because I was the only auror).
i haven’t been able to log into my account today. I tried to restart , reinstalling the app, and tried to log on to a different phones (an iPhone 10 and 12 but get same message on both
I was in Dark V and having the same issues others have reported concerning using potions. I've been kicked back to the main chamber page 3 times, and now I'm locked up with an error screen of "this foe is already in combat." It won't acknowledge my hitting the "confirm" button even though the clock is still spinning. I can't back-arrow out, either. My only option is to completely close the app. I have to hope that the others with me in the chamber are also having the same issue, I don't want to be considered dead weight because I can't participate.😡
Same happened to me 4 times now. Its going to suck if I can't finish the task cause it keeps kicking me out. Im so sorry to the ppl I was in the dark chamber 5 with. I really hope they fix this asap
While doing Wizard Challenges of the higher rooms, the game will freeze and kick me out so I can't finish. I lose out on all of the potions I used and XP I could have earned.

I’ve been booted from a challenge twice. Each time I get a network error message after
selecting a healing potion in the chamber and then tapping above the potion banner to try to get back to the chamber to select an new foe.
