My adventure sync does not work!
Additionally, everytime I go to the portkey page, the tutorial always pops up.
How to fix this?

Same here! I have walked a few miles today and not even one portkey has opened. During an event this is ridiculous!
No idea, hoping the team is on it. Also I would make sure the update didn’t reset AS settings, just in case. (It shouldn’t have but you never know…)

Same! I have restarted the game, uninstall/reinstall, restarted phone, I can't open portkeys so great on the event and can't do my daily tasks. It's only since the update so I'm hoping they see these and fix it
The tutorial has stopped for finally, but I only get credit for distance of I leave the app open.
So instead of opening 4 or 5 portkeys the last 2 days, I manged to open one. And that was only because I was already halfway there when they forced the update. That they already knew had issues.
Same here! I walk at least 5 km a day, and my portkey is stuck at .03
Unfortunately a lot of people haven't had adventure sync working for a long time......Hopefully (fingers crossed) soon
I'm having this same issue now. Not sure if anyone ever figure it out? I get the tutorial every time as well.

Same! I walked miles today, didn't get a single portkey open or even get the .25km needed to complete daily tasks!
My steps aren't being counted AGAIN today and yes it's turned on to track with game off. So no reward or extra coins for completing daily tasks. And since update trying to use a potion in wizarding challege is a pain...it does use the potion but gives you a notice the potion is already in use instead of going back to the fight and you have to click off it. I have also fought at least 7 or 8 challenges in both runes and towers with secrets revealed runestones to get needed item and have gotten ZERO. Why do I always feel this game is constantly working against me!!!? Even tasks in the brilliant events work against each other!
Same here... Also frustrating to not earn daily rewards due to distance not tracking as well.

Yep same here- no progress on portkeys or daily km. It's getting to be a chore- very frustrating
Same, no distance progress since forced update. However, received progress in other app for adventure sync each day. Appears the game is either incorrectly checking distances, or not updating at all.
I’ve been kicked out of the highest chamber twice costing me potions, spell energy, and unexpectedly letting down my teammates and costing them the same. I can’t believe how many bugs are in this latest update. It almost seems intentional that this update is buggy. Feels like a passive aggressive push to cause frustration with the game and have people quit.
Same thing here. I've uninstalled the game, checked all settings and even tried simply turning it off and back on (that used to work). No luck.
I've been having all of these walking and portkey issues since the update and Adventure Sync hasn't worked properly in a long time.
Do we already know when they fix this? I walked abt 30 km in pogo and nothing in hpwu with both games adventure sync turned on.
Same! Walked over 2 km today and it didn't even get me one meter on my daily stuff, so no extra 8 gold today. Also, as long as this issue is not solved we can all just forget about the hype around the 1920s event since that is all walking and portkeys.
I have both issues, too. Running the game on an android phone.
Still not working! Reinstalled. 2 asset downloads in 2 days. Can't use portkeys. And when i use a potion it says already in use

Same here....finally stopped getting the explanation on portkeys. But now no steps are counting. Even when I have the game on...no steps. Tired of not being able to complete daily tasks because it shows 0 steps. Hope they fix it sooner than later. :-O
I'm having the same issue. Has anyone heard of a fix yet? It's so frustrating walking a ton of distance and not having it count.
