@Craeft there's a park near me where the locations in PoGo close down at a certain time each night. Yet those same locations in WU never close.
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to these closures. It would make sense for locations like museums and places like that. But to close a location that is open to the public 24/7 is just really weird.
@SamuelHaight When the game was fresh, in Pokemon GO there have been issues with "Disturbance of Peace" especially at night in residential areas (but also at places of mourning like cemetries or wildlife-parks). So there might be other reasons to restrict the availability of POIs than "merely" the public availability.
If I had to make a wild guess, I'd say that it is a disagreement between server and client over the state of the Inn.
I've seen similar disagreements in Fortresses where my app displayed an enemy as dead only for the server to overwrite that decision. The result was that the enemy was inexplicably revived a few seconds later. From my experience it is connected to the network-connectivity - as the issue disappeared once I switched to a different network.
That being said, aforementioned explanation is pure speculation.

What causes that? I have never seen that message before. Was it letting you know the inn was glitched?
Not at all, @Overflow4487
Every time I went into the inn, I got that message. The sad part is that where I live, I don't have a lot of options.

@Lucoire oh trust me, I remember those days. LOL
No, at least with reference to my park, there is no fence around it, no time limits listed on the sign, nothing.
With these closed Inns, it happens randomly throughout the day.
