Still can’t play using data

Please tell me someone has a fix for this issue that has been happening for months ?

can only play on wifi , still cannot play using data , so many events I can’t enjoy plus I can’t get gifts for friends , I can’t get spells and can’t use inns

I’m going to sound desperate now …… pleeeeeeease help

    Hi, sorry you're having difficulty

    My wife had this same issue, she uses Sprint/T-Mobile.

    We were able to get around it by starting the game on the home wi-fi and then letting it phone switch over automatically to mobile data. This worked fine until the game needed to restart while on mobile. Not ideal, I know

    There were other issues too, like not being able to make purchases or collect the complimentary store packs. All of this is now resolved.


    What fixed it for her was getting a new SIM card from Sprint/T-Mobile. They sent it to her without being asked. Am guessing they had to as part of a network upgrade.

    Hello,

    I had the same problem. It is now solved by changing the APN parameters and going back to IPv4 instead of IPv6. I am now able to authenticate when I use mobile data.
