All Adversaries Event

I made it to the bonus for the adversaries event and I have returned everything except Narcissa. I saw her on the first day of the event, but at the time, I needed feared beasts. Now, that fragment is all I need. I have been looking for days. I went to three different places to play the game yesterday. I am checking my phone frequently (sometimes hourly). I have seen every other adversary at least twice, but no Narcissa. Come on!

I've been stuck on the bonus tasks, looking for the Hungarian for 4 days. The next time they do tasks like this, I hope they make it so we have to "defeat x amount of adversaries", instead of searching in vain for days.
Same! Except with Peter Pettigrew. I saw one early in the event. It's been 3 days at multiple locations and edible marks, and nothing.
