Witches and Wizards,
Ready yourself for battle as you confront a week-long surge of every Adversary we have faced so far.
From 14 July 11 a.m. PT – 21 July 11 a.m. PT, prepare to face the following:
- Increased sightings of all Feared Adversaries.
- Increased spawns of Wit-Sharpening Potion ingredients, such as Armadillo Bile, Ginger Root, Ground Scarab Beetles and Newt Spleen.
- Master Notes will reduce all variants of Exstimulo and Wit-Sharpening Potions brew time by 25%
- Increased Wizarding XP, Challenge Family XP and Energy Rewards from completing Wizarding Challenges.
- Players Level 4 to Level 14 will be able to access a special Baruffio’s Spotlight Event during this time.
Please note: To enable as many players around the world as possible to participate safely, this event has been adjusted to facilitate playing from wherever you are. Please remember to adhere to local rules and regulations, and be respectful of others and your surroundings.

looking all of those tasks, almost thought this event will give RSB. LoL
I'm predicting that the requirement to get one of each adversary to complete the tasks will lead to a flood of RNG related posts complaining how "I've played all week and haven't been able to find X adversary. Since you failed to properly boost their spawns, please complete the task for me."
Please drop some edible dark marks!!

@Uli14 They usually provide one at the start of the event. I currently have 19 so should be alright. May have bought one of those a while back but the rest have been rewards.
This is starting to feel like a going out of business sale.

I’ve been lazy with the Adversaries and have only filled up the Draco & Fenrir pages. I need the DADA books to get Gold Gifts now so will probably go quite hard on this event and try to fill all my pages.
@WitchHiker they throw forts in the mix b/c there's some/many players who are (months now) at gold star in every feared adver page, so we'd be bored times n in the power of 10, but w guaranteed fragment from Forest 4+ we can fort (for hrs) to farm fort foundables (instead of Dark 5) place them and farm gold gifts. F4 is much easier/faster than D5.

Get to last chain in an Adversary battle and I get thrown out!
Once again edible mark does not work properly, disapearing adversaries after first strike. Please correct this, It is very frustrating and It feels like being robbed.
Feared adversaries are not taken into account in missions 2/2. I have beaten 3, and counter is still zero.

@hpwulola there's no rsbs in final adver event page, is this intentional (comms f-up) or a bug?
Yes we notice the error in the final rewards. We will be added Restricted Section Books and the Title to the rewards in an August Event - probably community day. Thanks for flagging!

I will now be required to complete tasks on august community day to receive the RSB books of tasks I have already done. I dont play CD anymore.
I usually avoid the Adversaries events. This time I decided to do one. Of course, I get kicked out of the fight when I get to the last one. 😡
I'm angry about the RSB being nixed from the rewards. It feels like a bait and switch and I get enough of that in politics. Pls stop pulling that stuff in the games I use to distract myself.

Is there any chance that adversary events EDMs can propagate more then 3 adversaries per use? These items are expensive and getting one adversary every ten minutes like clockwork really takes the fun and perceived “randomness” out of the game. At least link them to trace charms or something.
I accidentally missed the dialogue between Hermione and Constance in the beginning of the event. Is there anywhere to read it?
The same bug that happened during the July Community Day happened again - the POIs, ingredients, spell energy, traces and the Knight Bus have disappeared from the map. I can still continue brewing potions so I am not worried for the moment. I just need to finish the beast Adversaries requirement in the first special assignment. I have given myself 2 days to complete the first special assignment. This is going to be a very relaxing Adversaries Event.
Well this is a great event, NOT. Literally can't do anything on the game without it kicking me out and restarting. There goes that wasted dark mark...

@hpwulola the missing RSBs should be added to the free store pack for a future event, not as rewards for completion. If you promised them for completing this event and I do that I shouldn't have to complete yet another event just to get what was originally promised. Same with the Ministry Manuals to make up for the new COMC page glitch - I'm assuming the 40 given as rewards for the last CD was supposed to operate as that compensation but it's ridiculous to have to complete yet another event to get the rewards I was already entitled to. And as @Drakonite calculated on another forum, it didn't actually compensate for what was lost.
Why is the event so long, but there are only two pages of tasks, and then a bonus? I'm almost done on day 2.
