No luck with Magical Me

Since beginning the bonus nearly a day ago, I have completed nearly a dozen aversary chains ending with Gilderoy Lockhart, giving me 4 fragments per chain. Not one of these chains has produced a single fragment of the Gilderoy Portrait. It doesn't appear to matter whether the chain was a random event or whether it was the result of an Edible Dark Mark.
Though the rest of the required pieces of every event have been boosted, there is no sign that this one has been.
@hpwulola any thoughts?
