Foundables and Portkeys freezing

New phone, Moto G50. Got it about a week ago, and it was fine for the first few days, so I'm assuming this is an issue with the game, not the phone.

The game no longer allows me to select a normal foundable, nor open completed portkeys. The screen goes black, with the timer twirling away in the corner. The only way out is to restart, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Everything else seems to be working fine, but there's not a lot of point in playing... Desperately hoping this can be fixed before the Baby Beasts Community Day!
