Achievements
The one thing but you need to fix in the game are achievement rewards. The returns don't match up on what you're completing. When you complete your profession and fill in everything you get a 3 unicorn hair and a title. Really unicorn hairs you can get those out of the portkeys. The reward should be a big items like 50 silver keys or maybe another gold key. You do a lot of work to get nothing. There's a lot of achievements are just like that you do a lot of work to get nothing. Can you please go through the achievements and fix the rewards that you get?

You have a point but hoping for 50 silver keys or an extra gold key is never gonna happen in this money grubbing game.
True, I want to turn most of these achievements for still from beta and they just never bothered to change it to the live version. Hey will you be nice if they read look at the achievements.
I've thought the same thing for a while now. I strongly feel that some of the rewards do not match up to the achievement.
Yes, achievements should reflect the amount of time and effort required to accomplish them. Some of them really do seem underwhelming.
I completely agree with this. Those rewards do not match the amount of effort and time it takes to get them. For example, the "cast 500 spells masterfully" achievement was one I was pretty proud of getting because so many people in my area are having trouble just casting a few and the reward for that was only 10 gold coins. You can't do anything with 10 coins. The rewards don't have to be insanely awesome, but give us more gold, like 40-50, at least enough to buy a bag of runestones or a have a third of what it costs to increase your spell energy maximum. More silver keys would be nice too or give us something really unique, like a free spell energy/ingredient/potion vault extension. We only get these rewards once, so make them good. The ministry ID badges and titles are cool and all, but you can't even check to see which achievement you completed to get them. Plus, you're limited to 5 badges and 3 titles and there's a lot of each to choose from.
Anyway, according to a page from Gamepress.gg for Wizards Unite (sorry, I have to list this, I can't post webpage links yet apparently) we get:
for completing every achievement. Those numbers are not impressive and why do we get so many unicorn hairs? They're fairly common from using portkeys and I don't open that many myself, maybe 8-10 in a week. I'd like to see a lot more gold coins and silver keys and A LOT less potion ingredients, like zero. Part of the fun and challenge of this game is making sure you have enough ingredients to brew potions. I don't want that stuff for free (but I'll take free gold all day 😂). Hope the Niantic moderators/developers are watching this thread.
I'm in it for the titles and badges. I don't care if the cash and prizes are stingy. But the difference between walking 100km and 1000km are striking. You get a cool title and 3000xp for the first and then you walk 10 times that distance for 20 gold.
The exponential scale works well in game because you become more proficient both in the game and IRL. But it's problematic for a purely physical achievement like walking. Walking is still walking and 1000km is a good bit of walking.
Check out these motivational badges from a fitness app for comparison (https://www.developgoodhabits.com/fitbit-badge-list/)
I really like the constant encouragement to get to the next level.
Achievements really need to be reworked, as they are currently mostly ridiculous.
1000km walked? 20 gold.
Plant 500 ingredient seeds? a title plus 20 gold.
8000 successfully cast spells will get you one badge and... 20 gold.
All those will have lasted multiple months, you will have earned far more in bonus coins, and you get more than 200 a month just for logging in every day.
Give us more things we need. Like spellbooks (normal and restricted section), because as is, we need the rewards from far too many special events and challenges to be able to level up our skills. Currently a reward for 3000 strategic spells : a grand 15 spellbooks... it feels humiliating, completely out of balance with the amount of actual effort required to get there.
