I, too, have been dropped from adversary battles more often of late. Yesterday close to half of the battles were dropped during the second or third in the chain. Very annoying. It seems that if there is any hiccup in data (cell or wifi), it will drop you. Can they buffer the battles instead of just dropping you?
Same has happened with me and my partner, on our iPhones, EDMs and just regular encounters. We’ve wasted a lot of potions, and are getting very frustrated. Was hoping there would be some sort of fix for this as it seems many are being effected by this.

The same thing happened to me on the third adversary . Please Fox this bug, It Is very annoying.
This has been happening more lately; the second guard or Adversary disappearing mid battle. Fortunately, not while I was using the EDMs.

Same issue as those before me - Adversaries disappear mid battle resulting in wasted EDM, potions and spell energy

(was not moving, did not move. Happens when sitting still).
Game had me log in, I had hoped something changed to fix this, used an EDM and still, on second foe it suddenly kicked me out.
