No Traces at Park

There's a park down the road from me with eight inns and a greenhouse but no traces. Plenty of pokemon appear and usually that is the same when I switch over to Wizards but not in this case. Any reason behind that?

@Beethovena Just curious: which park is this? Can you provide coordinates/city? The only thing I can think of is that the land is somehow connected to a sensitive area (like schools or graveyards), that is one reason spawns are kept back.
It isn't connected to a school or graveyard and it is marked on OSM as a park. Niantic hasn't recognized it as a park yet in Pokemon Go.
