Can anyone tell me what these are for? I know we get them from events or achievements but what do they go towards??

you can display them in your ministry id (titles) and they are completely useless, in theory your friends can see them but in practice ministry id is bugged and no one other than you can (see them). And even if they could they do nothing, buff nothing, offer nothing, theyre useless. lol
Friends can see the top 3 titles that you chose displayed on your ministry ID.
