Charm Bug- it’s getting worse!!!

I’ve already stated the charm for getting foundables is severely ruining my game- Fine- it’s slowing me down, but I’ve been able to work around it- but I used the charm 3 times today on red ribbon foundables- 2 at one time. And after I fought 1 red ribbon items (the original) all the other charmed foundables including the 3 other red ribbon foundables) we’re gone. I barely get charms to ply with due to the glitch, but now- they are absolutely useless to use!! Please fix this!
and could we make it easier to post problems, I had to open 4 windows as I’ve tried to follow links to feedback and bugs and I’m pretty sure I’m not in the right forum!
game is fun- customer service and fixing bugs? Absolute ****
